[A Thing Called Love]

Light-hearted

It's good to see Flash like this on Newgrounds every once and a while. Something light-hearted that brings a smile to your face. It was a fun little Flash that I actually ENJOYED watching (shock).

Graphics were simplistic, but got the job done. I saw a lot of repeated animations at the beginning, but that's a small gripe.

The music was subtle and effective, with excellent voice work.

I really liked it, keep up the good work.

Heh

Kind of funny in one of those...its not really funny but it kind of is ways.

I wouldn't mind seeing this become a series on Newgrounds. You could pull it off. The walking animation of the monkey was prett impressive. Don't hesitate to make a full series.

[The darkness teaser]

Too teaserish

I don't think you should've bothered with this teaser. Wait until you have something, at least a trailer, till you put it up on Newgrounds. Still, it looked okay, and might turn out to be good.

Didn't enjoy it...

I know you were going for the whole 'mature' thing but...did you have to kill Link? I mean, the ending was retarded. How was he able to do that if his head was chopped off? Geez. At least you could have made him survive.

On top of that...brutally boring fight. 1.7 ghz processer can handle pretty much anything Flash can do, and it was still slow as hell. Check out Brutality to see how things should be done in a fight scene.

On top of it all, I couldn't hear the voices, and the endless 25 second loop of Liberi Fatali made my ears bleed.

The art and animation was good, but overall the movie was just really boring and unimpressive.

Surprised

You don't usually see something that's decent on these newbie lists, but this was actually pretty good.

6 for humour because of the beginning where it was like "and....he died". That was funny.

How can you make it better? Put some action in it, throw in some music, more funny scenes, better graphics, and voila, you've got an 8 or 9.

Incredible animation

I see this as being style over substance. THe movie itself, really wasn't that good. But the graphics were freakin incredible. I love it, it must have taken you hours. On the negative side, the voices are horrible, with the music being just average. Might want to work on the weird lip-synching too. Again: friggin awesome graphics, try to improve the sound on the next one.

I really enjoyed it. There was a couple of recycled jokes, but quite funny overall. G.I. Jew...lol.

Weird

Strange art style and voices...but overall a very average movie. Could've been something really cool if more time went into it.

Great movie. Loved it a lot. But being a fair reveiwer and all I couldn't give it top honours. I'd like to see a sequel or something.

Not as good as the first...still really funny. It would've been a lot better had it been longer. It kinda cut out right when you were really starting to get into it. Anyways, keep up the good work. The next one should be a masterpiece if done right!
